This executive will bring deep expertise in value-based care, provider contracting, clinically integrated networks, and population health transformation, with significant experience working within the provider and payor ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced healthcare executive with a strong track record of designing, implementing, and overseeing value-based care programs and provider contracts, building clinically integrated networks, and driving measurable improvements in clinical outcomes, quality, and financial performance.

A medical or other clinical degree is strongly preferred but not required. Executive level experience working on the provider side is essential.

A Day in the Life

  • Provide executive leadership and subject-matter expertise across value-based care, population health, and provider transformation initiatives.
  • Develop and oversee value-based care strategies, including provider contracts, reimbursement models, performance structures, and clinical quality programs.
  • Lead the development and/or expansion of clinically integrated networks (CINs) and provider organizations.
  • Partner with health system and provider leadership to design and implement sustainable value-based care programs.
  • Translate clinical, operational, and financial objectives into scalable population health strategies.
  • Establish frameworks to improve quality, outcomes, utilization, patient experience, and total cost of care.
  • Advise senior provider executives on value-based contracting strategy, network performance, clinical integration, and population health transformation.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, customer success, product, analytics, and commercial teams to translate market needs into effective solutions.
  • Leverage data, analytics, and technology to identify opportunities for improved clinical and financial performance.
  • Represent Innovaccer as a senior subject-matter expert with healthcare providers, payers, government/regulatory agencies, industry partners, and other key stakeholders.
  • Stay current on evolving value-based care models, provider reimbursement trends, CMS programs, and population health strategies.

What You Need

  • Significant executive-level experience in value-based care and population health, particularly within the provider ecosystem.
  • Deep subject-matter expertise in value-based care contracting and provider reimbursement models.
  • Demonstrated experience setting up, implementing, or overseeing provider value-based contracts.
  • Proven experience building, developing, or overseeing clinically integrated networks (CINs) or similar provider organizations.
  • Significant provider-side healthcare experience, ideally within a health system, medical group, physician organization, or similar provider entity.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with senior executives, physicians, clinical leaders, and other healthcare stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of the clinical, operational, and financial dimensions of value-based care.
  • Proven ability to translate complex healthcare strategies into actionable programs and measurable outcomes.
  • Experience leading enterprise-wide population health transformation initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MD, DO, or other clinical degree.
  • Experience as an executive working with healthcare technology, population health, or healthcare services organizations.
  • Payer or government executive healthcare experience.
  • Experience in a vendor, healthcare IT, or healthcare services environment.

  • Strengthen provider participation and performance under value-based contracts.
  • Develop and scale effective clinically integrated networks and other value-based frameworks.
  • Improve clinical quality and patient outcomes while managing total cost of care.
  • Bring practical, provider-side expertise to Innovaccer's population health and value-based care strategy.
