This role is responsible for day-to-day property-level accounting, with a focus on AP/AR, tenant activity, and operational support. The position partners closely with senior accounting leadership and plays a key role in maintaining accurate financial records across multiple entities. Responsibilities Property Accounting (AP/AR Focus) Manage full-cycle AP/AR for a commercial portfolio using Yardi Voyager Process invoices, code expenses, and support weekly disbursements across multiple entities Record and reconcile rent receipts (ACH, wires, checks); maintain tenant ledgers Monitor receivables, track delinquencies, and communicate with tenants on balances (rent, CAM, percentage rent) Support CAM reconciliations and NNN-related accounting activities Ensure timely
