Are you dependable, observant, and passionate about providing excellent customer service? We're looking for motivated individuals to join our casino security team!
As a Casino Security Officer , you'll play an important role in maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for our guests and employees while supporting daily casino operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor casino operations to help maintain a safe and secure environment.
Conduct security checks and inspect security equipment.
Provide outstanding customer service by assisting guests, making change, and helping maintain a clean casino.
Respond quickly and professionally to security concerns and incidents.
Complete accurate incident reports and documentation.
Perform jackpot payouts, kiosk fills, and other security-related functions.
Work cooperatively with casino management, team members, and local law enforcement.
Follow all company policies, gaming regulations, and security procedures.
High school diploma or GED.
Previous casino experience preferred, but not required!
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to remain calm, make sound decisions, and respond quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Basic math skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of casino gaming operations, including slots, blackjack, and poker, is a plus.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Nevada Gaming Card.
Ability to successfully complete a background check.
Understanding of applicable Nevada gaming regulations or willingness to learn.
Willingness to comply with company policies, including restrictions on alcohol consumption at all three properties.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to work in a busy casino environment with varying noise levels, lighting, temperatures, and air quality.
Ability to communicate effectively with guests and coworkers.
