We’re in Redcliffe on Friday 18th September, bringing high-level FIBA 3×3 competition to Settlement Cove Park, Redcliffe.

Teams will compete in an exciting showcase of fast-paced basketball, community engagement, and elite competition across the following divisions:
Open Men’s & Women’s, Wheelchair, All-Inclusive, Juniors
The official FIBA 3×3 Quest event provides teams with the opportunity to compete for an all-expenses paid trip to the Finals in Redcliffe, which services as a qualifying event to the FIBA 3×3 World Tour.
Whether you are competing for the pathway opportunity or coming to experience the atmosphere, the Brisbane PLAYGRND Showdown promises an unforgettable event for players, families, and basketball fans alike.

PLAYGRND Showdown Final Weekend is coming to Brisbane!
After touring 13 locations across Australia and Internationally, the PLAYGRND Showdown is bringing its final weekend to Settlement Cove Park, Redcliffe, for three action-packed days of FIBA 3×3 basketball, football (Soccer) activation, community activities, food trucks, artists, performers, DJs, and high-level competition.
Date – Friday 18th to Sunday 20th September
Time – 10am – 8pm Daily
Venue – Settlement Cove Park, Redcliffe
The Final weekend will feature exciting competition across:
Open Men’s & Women’s | Wheelchair | All-Inclusive | Juniors | 5×5 | 1v1
The FIBA3x3 Men’s finals will see the qualified and wild card teams battle it out, with the winner earning an all expense paid opportunity to the FIBA 3×3 World Tour.

PLAYGRND Showdown Junior FIBA 3×3 Final in Brisbane!
After touring across Australia and Internationally, the PLAYGRND Showdown is bringing its final weekend to Settlement Cove Park, Redcliffe, for three action-packed days of FIBA 3×3 basketball, football (Soccer) activation, community activities, food trucks, artists, performers, DJs, and high-level competition.

Saturday 19th September – Time – 10am – 12pm

The FIBA3x3 Juniors competition will see some qualified teams and local teams battle it out , with the winner earning some incredible prize packs, bragging rights and loads of FIBA 3×3 ranking points.

PLAYGRND Showdown Skills Camp in Brisbane!
Join us Friday & Saturday at PLAYGRND Showdown Finals Skills Camp, everyday from 10am.
Designed for junior athletes of all skill levels, the camp will feature high quality basketball development sessions led by professional coaches and players, focusing on skill development, game concepts, confidence, and player growth in a fun inclusive environment.
Participants will have the opportunity to learn from experienced athletes and coaches while developing their ball handling, shooting, decision making, and overall game performance.
Entry is $10 per participant.
